TRS reconstructs trading activity, identifies evidence gaps, reports behavioural patterns and creates private improvement protocols from the records you provide.
Rules for private post-trade analysis.
These terms explain the product boundary for TradeGospel TRS. They require jurisdiction-specific legal review before unrestricted commercial launch.
It does not place trades, manage money, issue trading calls, guarantee returns or direct you to buy, sell or hold an instrument.
1. Service
TradeGospel provides post-trade, evidence-linked analysis of supplied trading history, process reliability, behavioural patterns, evidence limitations and improvement protocols. Source support, evidence routes, connector readiness and engine versions can change.
2. Evidence authority and accuracy
You may upload only records that you are authorised to use. You are responsible for confirming the account, market, currency, timezone, strategy and source context attached to the analysis. Incorrect or incomplete context can make a conclusion unreliable.
3. Supported sources
A source shown as Certified, Supported, Beta, Review, Upload-only or Planned has the meaning published in the Source Coverage Center. Selecting a source does not guarantee that every export version or file will be accepted.
Every uploaded file is still classified, checked and reconciled before a TRS conclusion is authorised.
4. Account security
You must protect credentials and active sessions, use accurate account details and notify TradeGospel of suspected unauthorised access. You may not access another user's evidence or circumvent report-ownership checks.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not upload malware or exploit the service.
- Do not reverse engineer protected engine components.
- Do not evade rate limits, scrape private reports or interfere with processing.
- Do not impersonate another trader or upload evidence you are not authorised to process.
- Do not send broker-login passwords, withdrawal credentials or one-time login codes.
6. Analytical limits and liability
Broker records may omit trade intent, planned loss, stop level, margin state, hedge role, algorithm state and linked-position context. TradeGospel may withhold a score or module, request more evidence or require manual review.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TradeGospel is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities or decisions made using a report. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions should be sent through the published support channel or to [email protected] once operationally monitored.
